Returns & Exchanges

 

We will happily provide you with an exchange or store credit (valid for one year) on all full priced items, as long as your return meets the below requirements.

The item is unworn and in its original condition.

Please note, earrings and items marked as final sale cannot be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange.

Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

All exchange and return details must firstly be email to thecointreemanly@gmail.com for authorisation before any garments are returned.

All additional shipping costs will be at the customers cost.

After contacting us about your return please ship items back within 5 days of receiving them to:
